Easy Photo Effects is a graphics retouching and manipulation utility which isn't your ordinary image manipulation suite, but rather an application which provides a long list of filters and manipulation tools for editing photos.
In addition to tools used to modify contrast and brightness, Easy Photo Effects also resizes images, converts them to sepia or greyscale and applies filters. Some of the filters offered are blurring, encrypting, sketch, confetti and several of the filters you would expect to find in high-end photo editing suites like Photoshop or Corel.
Changes made to your photos are immediate and all changes that you make to your pictures can easily be undone with the undo command.
Easy Photo Effects is really easy, so the name fits. Though the program isn't in the same league as professional programs, the results are often acceptable for online sharing.
