Easy Photo Effects is a graphics retouching and manipulation utility which isn't your ordinary image manipulation suite, but rather an application which provides a long list of filters and manipulation tools for editing photos.
In addition to tools used to modify contrast and brightness, Easy Photo Effects also resizes images, converts them to sepia or greyscale and applies filters.
